摘要:分析了某电厂汽轮机危急遮断系统(ETS)采用可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)控制存在的安全隐患和风险,针对汽轮机安全保护系统的高可靠度和高安全度要求,提出了基于分散控制系统(DCS)一体化的SIL3安全控制系统改造方案,优化ETS硬件与软件,实现了系统设备的最优控制与配置,提高了机组控制系统安全性、可靠性和经济性。

Abstract:This paper analyzed safety and risk of ETS and PLC of a certain power plan.According to high degree of reliability and safety of safety devices systems of turbine,a safety control system reformation plan based on DCS has been brought up,which optimized both software and hardware of ETS and lead to the optimal control and configuration of system device and enhanced safety,reliability and economy of unit control system.
