摘要:为缩短换热器设计周期,提高设计质量,基于面向对象和模块化编程的思想,以Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0为编程语言,Microsoft Visual Foxpro为底层数据库,结合Origin数据分析制图软件,经过优化设计开发了管壳式热交换器热力计算软件。利用优化设计原理,建立了以管壳式换热器年总费用最小为目标函数的优化设计模型,并结合具体工程实例进行了优化设计,用于管壳式换热器设计效果良好。

Abstract:

Abstract:In order to shorten design cycle of heat exchanger and improve design quality,thermodynamic calculation software for shell and tube heat exchanger was designed,which is based on Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 as its programming language and Microsoft Visual Foxpro as its underlying database and combined with Origin as data analysis mapping.Based on optimal principles,optimizing design model was built for the target of minimum total annual costs of shell and tube heat exchanger,and optimized through project case,which brought good design effect.
