摘要:汽轮机作为一种高速旋转的机械,若转速过高会引发重大事故。汽轮机功率与负荷不平衡保护(PLU)作为汽轮机防超速保护中的重要一项,在很多机组上都有设计。以浙江某电厂的东汽百万机组为例,分硬件部分和逻辑部分详细介绍了基于日立HIACS -5000M控制系统的PLU设计原理,给出了基于日立HIACS -5000M控制系统的PLU调试方法。

Abstract:Steam turbine is high speed rolling mechanism, overrotatingspeed will cause serious accident. Steam turbine power and load unbalance protection unit (PLU) is an important aspect of steam turbine overrotatingspeed protection, and was considered in many practices. Took a 1000MW unit power plant in Zhejiang as example, the design principle of HITACH HIACS5000M’s PLU was analyzed by hardware and logical. The commissioning method of HITACH HIACS5000M’s PLU was provided.
