摘要:

为了改善锅炉吹灰系统的安全性和经济性,在保证锅炉及吹灰系统安全、稳定运行的前提下,合理选择蒸汽吹灰的汽源,以降低机组吹灰损耗,提高机组经济性。通过对比3种吹灰汽源方案,最终选择高压缸排汽与低温再热器入口蒸汽混合作为吹灰汽源,改造后锅炉热耗率及发电煤耗降低,优化了吹灰调节阀的工作条件,提高了机组的安全性。

Abstract:

To improve the safety and economic efficiency of boiler soot blowing system, steam resource shall be properly selected. After compared three steam resource plans, mixed resource from high pressure cylinder exhaust and low temperature reheater inlet was selected. After reconstruction, boiler heat consumption rate and generation coal consumption decreased. Working condition of soot blowing control valve was improved. Unit safety was enhanced.
