摘要:

随着燃煤电厂烟气余热回收技术的发展,低温省煤器的排烟温度多被限制在130~150℃。根据烟气余热能级阶梯利用原理,结合国电都匀发电有限公司现有的660MW机组的运行数据,对中温省煤器+低温省煤器的组合工艺方案进行了初步设计,在此基础上利用传统的等效焓降法进行经济性计算,结果表明该技术节能效果显著。

Abstract:

With the development of coalfired power plant flue gas waste heat recovery technology, flue gas temperature of low temperature economizer is limited to 130~150. According to the level of flue gas heat step utilization using principle, operation data of 600MW unit of Guodian Duyun Power Plant Company Limited of the existing scheme combined process of medium temperature economizer of low temperature economizer the preliminary design, based on the equivalent enthalpy drop method of traditional economic calculation, the results show that the technology of the energy saving effect is remarkable.
