摘要:

偏航系统是风电机组关键部件之一,偏航系统存在一定的误差角度会影响机组的发电量。提出一种基于运行数据的风电机组偏航校正分析方法,该方法依据贝兹理论建立基于分风向夹角区间的模型,将机组数据采集与监视控制(SCADA)系统中的风速、风向夹角、功率、发电机转速、变桨角度、机组运行状态等相关参数进行剔除后输入模型,得到各风向夹角区间的功率曲线,通过对比分析得出机组的偏航误差值。采用该方法对云南蒙自某风电场进行实地测试,并利用机载式激光雷达测风仪进行验证,结果表明该分析方法是可行的。

Abstract:

Yawing system is one of the key systems of wind turbine generator. The error of yawing system will affect the energy generated. A yawing correction analysis method based on operation data was indicated. This method is based on wind direction angle interval model, built on Betz’s law. By inputting the wind speed, wind angle, power rate, generator speed and other data collected by SCADA into this model, power rate curve will be calculated. After comparing and analyzing, the unit yawing error was indicated. This method was applied on a wind power plant in Yunnan Mengzi, and approved by comparing with airborne laser radar anemoscope.
