摘要:

智能变电站就地化试点建设要求规范装置对外接口,通过一体化设计,将多个板卡的功能集成到单个芯片,实现继电保护装置的小型化,这就对处理器的运行速度、数据处理能力和功耗提出了更高的要求。而基于ARM架构的处理器芯片,功耗低、运行速度快,能够满足就地化相关装置的设计要求。介绍了基于ARM芯片实现就地化继电保护装置的设计及应用,描述了面向IEC 61850的对象建模方式,开发了1套仿真测试系统,对就地化装置的相关功能和性能进行了测试验证。

Abstract:

Intelligent substation localization requires uniformed interface. By integrated design, functions of multiple cards were integrated into a single chip. This required more powerful calculating ability. The process chip based on ARM structure is low power consumption and fast speed, which satisfied the requirement of localized devices. This paper introduced the ARM chip to realize the design and application of localized relay protection device. Based on the IEC 61850 modeling method, a simulation and test system was developed to test the functions and performance of localized devices.
