摘要:

华能国际电力开发公司铜川照金电厂2×600MW机组在自动发电控制(AGC)方式下升降负荷时,存在主蒸汽压力波动大的问题。针对机组协调控制品质差的问题,在汽机主控逻辑中设计了一套变比例、积分、微分(PID)参数的功能块,并合理设置该功能块中的比例增益和积分时间,保证在AGC方式下机组能以较快的速度升降负荷,且能将主蒸汽压力偏差控制在允许范围内。

Abstract:

Huaneng International Power Development Company Tongchuan Zhaojin Power Plant’s 2×600MW unit main steam pressure seriously surged while increasing load in automatic generation control (AGC) mode. In order to increase the quality of coordinated control of unit,proportion integration and differentiation (PID) parameter module was designed, and properly setting proportional gain and integral time, rapidly increase or decrease load was ensured. And main steam pressure deviation was controlled in allowed range.
