摘要:

针对动力控制泄放阀(PCV)由于工况恶劣所导致的故障频发及维护费用高昂的问题,通过对阀门内部通流组件改造,并使用ANSYS12.0软件模拟计算阀门的流场及应力证明了改造是可行的。成功实现了阀门在600MW超临界机组上国产化应用。

Abstract:

Considering the harsh conditions, frequent faults and the high maintenance fee of the pressure control valve, a reform to the inner structure of pressure control valve was taken. It simulates flow field and stress of valve with ANSYS12.0, proves that the reform is stable and reliable.Success in implementing the valve in localization application of 600MW supercritical units is achieved.
