摘要:

为挖掘制粉系统节能潜力,优化运行方式,提高制粉出力,降低制粉单耗,保持磨煤机长期在最佳工况安全经济运行,使用遥测振动分析技术,以磨煤机料位、入口负压、出口温度为控制对象,综合调整给煤机、热风门、冷风门,通过参数优化和协调控制,最终将制粉系统的研磨、输送和干燥出力的调节整合成一套完整的控制体系,实现了磨煤机制粉系统的自动控制。

Abstract:

In order to poach the potential of energy saving in pulverizing system, optimize operation mode, improve its output,reduce the unit consumption, and keep longterm safe economic operation under best working condition,it takes telemetry vibration analysis technique. The technique takes mill material level, entrance pressure, and exit temperature as control objects to comprehensively adjust coal feeder, hot air actuator and cold air actuator. Through parameter optimization and coordination control, it finally integrate the pulverizing system’s grinding, conveying and drying capacity regulating into a complete set of control system, which realizes the automatic control for coal pulverizing system.
