大型汽轮机中压调节阀参调供热研究

摘要:

对于中间再热式汽轮机,经过锅炉再热后的高温再热蒸汽进入中压缸前,应经过中压主汽阀和调节阀,以控制进汽量和保护机组安全。中压调节阀一般不参与负荷调节,当要求汽轮机具有阀门调节功能时,中压调节阀可以达到调整再热压力、再热流量和参调供热的目的。结合应用实例,从再热蒸汽参数、阀门流量特性、阀门的运行模式和流速设计对蒸汽力的影响等方面对中压调节阀参与调节供热的可行性进行了研究,研究结果表明,中压调节阀参调技术可行,实践效果良好。

Abstract:

As to reheating turbine, high temperature reheat steam flow reheated in boiler goes through the IP and controlling valve before entering the IP cylinder, which secures the safety of the unit by controlling the intake. Normally, the IP control valve is not involved in load adjustment. But when there is a requirement for IP valve controlling from a unit, IP control valve should be able to adjust the reheating steam pressure as well as the steam flow for the purpose of engaging in heat supply regulation. According to the application example, the feasibility of IP control valve to regulate the heat supply is studied from the reheat steam parameters, the valve flow characteristics, the valve operation mode and the influence of the flow velocity design on the steam force. The results show that the technique of IP control valve’s engagement in heat supply regulations is feasible and has good effectiveness.
