摘要：

通过对某电厂主蒸汽管道进行应力复核、管道振动测量及分析，掌握了主蒸汽管道的振动特性，根据振动测量结果提出了在主蒸汽管道振动最激烈处加装阻尼器的治理方案，有效消除了管道振动现象，为机组安全稳定运行提供了有力的保障。

Abstract:

Through the stress review, pipeline vibration measurement and analysis on the main steam pipeline in a power plant, the vibration characteristics of the main steam pipeline are obtained. According to the vibration measurement results, a treatment scheme which is installing a damper on the main steam pipeline of max vibration is proposed. It effectively eliminates the pipeline vibration and provides a solid guarantee for the safe and stable operation of the unit.
