摘要:

以某1000MW超超临界二次再热塔式锅炉为例,从该炉型受热面的结构布置、烟气流速、飞灰浓度等方面入手,对影响塔式锅炉受热面积灰的主要因素进行了分析,对引发受热面塌灰的原因进行了探究,提出了应对方法,保证了锅炉的安全、稳定运行。

Abstract:

Taking a 1000MW ultrasupercritical doublereheat updraft boiler an example, it considers from the structure arrangement of the heating surface, the flow rate of flue gas, the concentration of fly ash etc. It explores the main cause of ash deposition on the heating surface, and studies the reasons for ash sloughing. The countermeasures are put forward to guarantee the stable and safe operation of boilers.
