摘要:

某发电厂9E燃汽轮机自进行油、气改造后出现了透平一级后轮间温度高的故障。经前期处理及分析后怀疑因径向通流间隙上下方向不均,高温燃气泄漏至二级喷嘴处。通过调整各轴承标高,使整个轴系径向通流间隙均匀。重新启动带负荷后,轮间温度高故障消失,确保了燃气轮机机组的安全稳定运行。

Abstract:

There was fault caused by high wheelspace temperature of a 9E gas turbine after the oil and gas systems reformation. After preprocessing and analysis, it was suspected that the fault was caused by uneven radial clearance and the leakage of high temperature gas to the secondstage nozzle. By adjusting the bearing height, the radial clearance of the whole shaft system was uniform. After the restart with load, the problem of the high wheelspace temperature disappeared, the safe and stable operation of the gas turbine is ensured.
