摘要:

汽轮机真空系统是重要辅助系统,其严密性直接决定着机组的经济性和安全性。针对某新投产660MW超临界汽轮机组真空系统存在的问题,根据汽轮机组的运行方式,从设备检修和运行的角度分析真空度低的原因,从真空泵、小机轴封供汽、凝汽器运行等角度提出了治理措施。利用检修机会对真空系统进行调整与治理,有效提高了机组运行的经济性。

Abstract:

The steam turbine vacuum system is an important auxiliary system, and its tightness directly determines the economy and safety of the unit. According to the problem in the vacuum system of a newly commissioned 660MW supercritical steam turbine, the reasons for the low vacuum degree are analyzed from operation mode of the steam turbine, equipment maintenance and operation. Governance and measurements are carried out on steam pump, small unit shaft seal steam and condenser operation. During the overhaul,adjustment and treatment on vacuum system is made, which effectively improve the economy of the unit operation.
