摘要:

国内某1000MW超超临界参数变压直流电站锅炉布袋除尘器入口烟气流场均匀性差,导致喷水减温系统启动,进而影响布袋除尘器安全、高效运行。基于现场测试及烟道结构进行数值模拟,确定了导流板加装方案。改造后,布袋除尘器入口烟气温度和烟气速度分布均匀性得到明显改善。

Abstract:

The large deviation of the flue gas flow field uniformity at bag filter entrance in a domestic 1000MW ultrasupercritical oncethrough boiler leaded to the startup of its water spraying desuperheating system and affected its safe and efficient operation.The deflector was installed based on the numerical simulation and onsite test. After installation, the uniformity of the flue gas velocity and temperature at the bag filters entrances is improved obviously.
