摘要:

针对某电厂#2机组在正常运行过程中,汽轮机侧#2轴承轴振出现非稳定的间歇性振动波动异常现象,通过振动数据监测,分析了机组异常振动的原因及机理,阐明了由于油挡积垢碳化导致的间歇性碰磨所造成的机组振动异常,经清理油挡处污垢及积碳后,机组振动恢复正常。

Abstract:

During the normal operation of No.2 unit in a power plant, there is unsteady intermittent vibration of steam turbine side No.2 bearing. Through the vibration data monitoring, the cause and mechanism of the abnormal vibration of the unit are analyzed. The abnormal vibration of the unit is caused by the intermittent rubbing due to the deposition carbonization on the oil battle. After cleaning the carbon deposit on the oil baffle, the vibration of the unit returns to normal.
