摘要:

为了解四边形塔架式钢烟囱结构受不同载荷下的形变,利用有限元程序MIDAS对其进行了模态分析,分析同时考虑了塔架和烟囱的受力。塔架式钢烟囱的模态受烟囱底部开洞的影响,对角方向的受力对结构最不利。温度荷载对高温烟囱柱脚的影响很大,必须采取合理的构造释放温度应力。钢框架与烟囱筒体应在竖向上采用滑动连接,释放该方向的自由度,以减小高温形变。

Abstract:

To understand the deformation of quadrangle framed steel chimney under different loads,a modal analysis was carried out using the finite element program MIDAS. The stress of  the frame and chimney should be taken into account at the same time. The mode of the towerframe steel chimney was affected by the opening at bottom, and the stress in the diagonal direction is most unfavorable to the structure. The temperature load has a great influence on the column feet of a hightemperature chimney, and reasonable structural measures must be taken to release the temperature stress. The steel frame should be slidably connected to the cylinder of the chimney on Y direction, releasing the freedom degree and reducing the thermal deformation.
