摘要: 以国内某脱硝催化剂生产厂家为例,介绍了其废水治理工艺的设计升级。通过分析该行业内常规的废水治理工艺流程及其不足,基于该行业的实际需求,设计出一种新的废水处理工艺。该工艺创造性地将生产过程中产生的废水重新用于生产,节约了废水处理成本的同时也节省了生产原料成本,实现了生产过程废水零排放和资源化利用。新工艺节约了大量原用于脱硝催化剂废水治理工艺中的化学品(如次氯酸钠、硫酸等)。升级后,工艺使用效果突出、环保节能,为国内同行业的废水治理工艺指明了升级方向。

Abstract: Taking a domestic denitration catalyst manufacturer as an example, the design and upgrade scheme of a wastewater treatment process is introduced. By analyzing the conventional wastewater treatment process and its shortcomings, a new wastewater treatment process is designed based on the actual requirements of the industry. This process creatively reuses the wastewater from the production process, which saves the cost of wastewater treatment and the cost of raw materials, and realizes zero discharge of wastewater and resource utilization in the production process. The process saves a lot of chemicals (such as sodium hypochlorite, sulfuric acid, etc.) that were used in denitration catalyst wastewater treatment. This updated process is effective and environmental protective.It points out the direction for the domestic wastewater treatment process in this industry.
