摘要: 在600MW超临界机组启、停过程中,通常使用电动给水泵向锅炉供水,待机组负荷达到30%BMCR后才启动汽动给水泵并入系统向锅炉供水。通过不断努力和摸索,某厂成功实现了600MW超临界机组在启、停全过程使用汽动给水泵向锅炉供水,而电动给水泵此时处于停运备用状态。这种上水方式的优化运行,有效地节省了大量电能,提高了机组运行的经济性。

Abstract: The electric pump is usually used to feed water for boiler during the startup and shutdown processes of 600MW supercritical units, the turbofeed pump starts to work until the unit load reaches 30% BMCR. Through continuous exploration, one power plant has used successfully the turbofeed pumps to feed water for boiler of 600MW supercritical unit during the whole process of startup and shutdown, and the electric feed pump was only as backup, this optimal way of feeding water is effective on saving electricity and increases the economical efficiency of unit operation.
