汽动给水泵前置泵电流偏大的原因分析及处理

摘要: 针对云浮发电厂YNKn300-200-20Y/J型汽动给水泵前置泵电流偏大的现象进行分析排查,发现泵壳密封面和端盖密封面冲刷磨损导致泄漏量过大,进而引起电动机电流偏大,采取密封面喷涂处理后,电流回归正常。

Abstract: The excessive current of the booster pump of the YNKn300-200-20Y/J turbinedriven feed pump in Yunfu Power Plant was analyzed, and the possible reasons were inspected one by one. It was found that the erosive wear of the sealing surface of the pump case and the sealing surface of the pump end cover causes larger leakage, and the larger leakage leads excessive current of the motor. The spray coating treatment was adopted for the sealing surfaces, and the current of the motor returned to normal value.
