酸洗废水污染冷却水的原因分析及预防

摘要: 由于酸洗过程中泵壳内水质不符合要求,电动机腔内冷却水容易被污染,导致冷却水循环滤网被堵住,降低冷却水冷却效率,使电动机温度快速上升,机组也因炉水泵跳闸而停运。针对上述问题,提出了有效的处理和防治措施,提高了该机组的安全性、稳定性和经济效益。

Abstract: In the boiler acid washing process, due to that the water quality in the case of boiler water recirculating pump does not satisfy the requirement; the cooling water in the shell of the motor is polluted easily; the filter screen for cooling water circulation is blocked and the cooling efficiency of the cooling water decreases. So, the temperature of the motor will rise rapidly, the boiler water pump will trip and the unit will shut down. Aiming at abovementioned problems, effective treatment and preventive measures were proposed, and the safety, the stability and the economic benefit of the unit were improved.
