摘要: 通过对厦门后坑垃圾焚烧发电厂#1锅炉二级过热器入口上集箱弯头开裂产生原因进行分析,提出了可行的现场解决方案,有效地防止了类似故障的再次发生,达到了保证锅炉安全运行的目的。
关键词: 弯管开裂, 交变热应力, 密封板, 喷水减温器
Abstract: Several bended tubes of #1 boiler second stage superheater of the Xiamen Houkeng Refusefired Power Plant were failed due to cracking during operation. The reason of tube cracking was analyzed, and the feasible solving scheme was proposed and accomplished; then similar fault was avoided effectively. So the safety operation of boiler had been ensured.
