摘要: Experion PKS是Honeywell公司推出的基于过程知识系统的新一代集散控制系统。以某公司热电站为例,讨论了该集散控制系统的体系结构,分析了该系统中主要设备和过程量控制策略的设计原理和实现方法。现场调试及后期运行效果表明了该设计方法的正确性和稳定性。

Abstract: Experion PKS is a distributed control system produced by Honeywell Corporation recently which is based on process knowledge system. Taking a thermal power plant of a certain company for example, the architecture of the DCS system was discussed, the main equipments were described. The design principle and realization method of the process variable control strategy were analyzed in detail. The correctness and stability of the design method were sufficiently proved by field commission and the later operation effect.
