应对燃煤含硫率变化的脱硫工艺设计

摘要: 目前国内投运的石灰石-石膏湿法脱硫装置中,实际运行燃煤含硫量远大于设计含硫量,脱硫系统对燃煤含硫率变化的适应能力有限,导致脱硫系统不能正常关闭旁路运行。因此,新建项目应适当提高脱硫系统的设计余量,以适应将来可能发生的燃煤含硫率变化。以实际案例说明,针对改造项目应本着因地制宜的原则进行多方案技术经济比较,寻求最优方案。

Abstract: At present, the sulfur content of coal in the actual operation of limestonegypsum wet desulphurization system is often far greater than the design value, which leads to the bypass opening operation because of the limitation of adaptive capacity for changes of sulfur content rate. In this paper, improving the design margin to suit the possible changes in sulfur content rate of coal was proposed for new projects. Searching for the optimal scheme by technoeconomic comparison based on local conditions was suggested for renovation projects explained by the real project.
