摘要: 汽轮机的热耗率是关系到发电厂运行经济性的重要因素,也是直接反映汽轮机组性能高低的主要指标之一。根据四川华电攀枝花三维发电有限责任公司150MW 单缸单轴汽轮机组近3年来的运行情况,分析了热耗率高的原因及现阶段采取的一系列降低机组热耗率的技术措施,以期提高机组运行的经济性。

Abstract: The heat consumption rate is the important fact for the economical efficiency of power plant operation, it also is one of main indexes for reflecting the turbine performance. Based on the operation situation of 150MW singlecylinder, single shaft turboset in Sichuan Huadian Panzhihua Sanwei Power Generation Corporation Limited at last three years, the reason of higher heat consumption was analyzed, and a series of technical measures for reducing heat consumption of the set adopted in present stage was introduced which is helpful to raise the economical efficiency of the turboset operation.
