摘要: 闸门启闭机的质量关系到整个水电工程的安全运行,我国现阶段有相当数量的在役启闭机已经老化,性能严重退化,导致安全性和耐久性过低。为了保证生产安全,充分发挥水电工程的效益,避免重大事故的发生,从安全运行和科学管理的角度出发,亟待加强启闭机的安全监测和评价工作。介绍了检测的内容和方法,给出了针对性的建议。

关键词: 启闭机, 安全检测, 可靠性

Abstract: The quality of gate hoist is related with the safe operation for whole hydropower engineering. In our country, quite a number of hoists in active service are aged at present stage, their performances are seriously deteriorated, and lead to the security and durability are too low. In order to ensure the production safety, give full play to hydropower engineering benefits and avoid major accidents, viewing from safe operation and scientific management, the safety monitoring and evaluation for hoists must be enhanced urgently. In this paper the contents and methods for the safety monitoring were introduced, and some pertinent suggestions were put forward. 
