摘要: 针对目前湿法烟气脱硫控制系统中存在的因设备元件易损或安装位置不恰当而造成测量不准确,给系统稳定运行造成了很大影响的现象,对相关的pH计、密度计、控制系统等进行了优化设计。经过多个项目的实际运行,降低了安装和运行成本。

Abstract: Aiming at the problems of influence accuracy caused by equipment components easy to damage or unsuitable installation position in wet flue gas desulfurizition system, a optimum design has been made for pH meter, density meter and control system. It has been proved by application of several projects,the optimum design could lower the coast of installation and operation.
