汽轮机低压转子末级叶片裂纹处理工艺

摘要: 汽轮机低压转子运行数年后会不同程度地发生末级叶片水蚀,经修复运行后,在修复区域还会产生裂纹。介绍了末级叶片不同程度裂纹的处理工艺,该处理工艺可供其他电厂对同类汽轮机低压转子叶片检修时参考。

Abstract: After operating several years, the drain erosion of last stage blade of the turbine low pressure rotor may occur inordinately; and after repairing, some cracks may be occurred in the repaired area. The treatment processes for the various cracks in the last stage blade were introduced. The treatment processes can be used as reference in repairing the low pressure rotor blade of the similar turbine of other power plants.
