摘要/Abstract

摘要： 制氢设备的日常维护与检修是保证发电机安全运行的一项重要工作。针对火力发电厂DQ-10/3.2型中压水电解制氢装置的特点，论述了制氢系统检修前退氢置换的过程，介绍了制氢系统的检查与试验方法以及检修试验后投运时应注意的问题，为制氢设备的检修、试验提供参考。

关键词: 氢气置换, 安全检查, 试验, 投运

Abstract: The routine maintenance and repair of hydrogen making equipment are an important task to guarantee the electric generator safe operation. Aimming at the characteristics of DQ-10/3.2 medium pressure hydroelectrolytic hydrogen producer of thermal power plant, the process of hydrogen substitution was expounded, the inspection and test methods as well as the notable problems when put into operation again were introduced , which can be as the refference for inspection and test of hydrogen making equipment.
