凝汽器热井水位测量与控制策略

摘要: 论述了凝汽器热井水位控制对机组运行的影响,分析了凝汽器水位过高和过低对机组的危害。通过对凝汽器水位测量方案的对比,结合华能威海电厂三期现场的实际情况,重新制订了凝汽器热井水位的测量方案,提出了凝汽器水位自动调节系统的控制策略。改进后的测量方案和控制策略能够稳定地控制凝汽器热井水位,有效缩短了调节回路的振荡周期,保证了机组的安全稳定运行。

Abstract: The influence of water level control of condenser hot well on the unit operation was expounded. The harms of the too higher or too lower water level of the condenser was analyzed. According to the comparison of the condenser water level measurement schemes, combining with practical field situation of Huaneng Weihai Power Plant project phase III, the water level measurement scheme of condenser hot well was reformulated, and the control strategy of condenser water level automatic adjustment system was put forward. The improved measurement scheme and control strategy can control the water level of condenser hot well stably, shorten the oscillation period of the regulating loop; and ensure the safe and stable operation of the unit.
