摘要: 介绍了火力发电厂刚性转子的概念和划分依据,分析了转子不平衡故障产生的原因,论述了不平衡故障的分类、特征及刚性转子现场找动平衡的方法。列举实例,对现场动平衡处理的工作经验进行了总结。

Abstract: The concept of rigid rotor and the basis of rigid rotor classification were introduced. The reasons of rotor unbalance fault were analyzed. The classification and characteristics of the unbalance faults were expounded. The method for field dynamically balancing was given. By listing some examples, the experiences of field dynamical balance handling were summarized. 
