摘要/Abstract

摘要： 介绍了新型卸料小车的技术参数、工作原理、结构特点和电气控制系统。新型卸料小车与传统卸料小车、犁式卸料器及其他皮带卸料设备相比，具有定位准确、卸料方便、运行平稳、结构合理、密封性能好、提高效率、增加效益和延长使用寿命的优点。新型卸料小车可广泛应用于电力、煤炭、粮食、冶金、化工、港口及建材等行业。

关键词: 新型卸料小车, 电动漏斗, 顶轨器, 改向滚筒, 盖带总成, 电气系统, 无人值守程控控制

Abstract: The technical parameters, the working principle, the structure features and the electrical control system of the new type unloader were introduced. Comparing with the traditional unloader, the plough tripper and other belt unloading devices, the new type unloader has advantages of accurate allocation, convenient unloading, stable operation, rational structure, good sealability, high efficiency and longer service life. The new type unloader can be widely used in many vocations, such as the industries of electric power, coal, grain, metallurgy, chemical industry, port and the construction materials. 
