汽轮机润滑油压低故障分析及处理措施

摘要: 针对华电内蒙古能源有限公司包头发电分公司 #2机组运行中出现的润滑油压低的现象,机组运行时在保证主机安全的情况下,进行润滑油系统试验预判断。机组停运后对油系统进行检查,发现 #2机组主机润滑油系统 #1, #2射油器动力油入口有异物堵塞,找到了 #2机组润滑油压偏低的原因,成功解决了该问题。

Abstract: Aiming at the fault of oil pressure falling in unit No.2 of Baotou Power Generation Branch of Inner Mongolia Huadian Energy Corporation Limited, under the premise of safety of main machine, the lubrication oil system test was carried out to make prejudgment. And after the unit shutdown, the oil system was inspected, and it was found that the power oil inlets of oil ejectors No.1 and No.2 of main machine lubrication oil system of unit No.2 were blocked by foreign bodies. The reason of lubrication oil pressure falling was found, the problem was solved successfully. 
