选择性催化还原法烟气脱硝关键技术分析

摘要: 分析了目前我国烟气脱硝市场的情况,对选择性催化还原法脱硝技术的喷氨装置选型、流场模拟试验、SCR反应器设计、脱硝烟道灰斗设计、催化剂选型、脱硝系统调试、脱硝系统运行及维护管理等关键技术进行了论述,针对国内脱硝工程建设提出了几点建议。

Abstract: The present situation of flue gas denitration market of our country was analyzed. The key technologies of SCR denitration process were expounded, which include the selection of ammonia injection device, the simulation experiment of flow field, the design of SCR reactor, the design of denitration gas duct and ash hopper, the selection of catalyst type, the denitration system debug, the operation, maintenance and management of the denitration system. Aiming at the domestic denitration project construction, several suggestions were put forward.
