摘要/Abstract

摘要： 针对水冷壁管紧固梳形板对接焊缝处出现的开裂泄漏现象，通过对部件结构、受力状况、运行环境、焊接质量等的综合分析，确认了引起开裂的主要因素，有针对性提出了处理措施。

关键词: 水冷壁, 梳形板, 热应力, 撕裂, 泄露

Abstract: Aiming at the tear and leakage in buttjointed seam of the fastening combshaped plate for water wall tubes, according to the comprehensive analysis on the parts structure, the strained conditions, the operation environment and the welding quality, the main reasons caused tearing were affirmed, and some pertinent treatment measures were put forward.
