摘要: 以河南中孚实业股份有限公司 #7机组为例,介绍了电站锅炉炉膛卫燃带设计的技术要求,论述了电站锅炉炉膛卫燃带技术改造及施工工艺,该技术改造适用于减温水投入量偏小、汽温调节困难的锅炉,对增大减温水投入量、主汽温度调节和减轻炉膛结焦程度有较好的效果。

Abstract: Taking the unit No.7 of Henan Zhongfu Industry Corporation Limited as an example, the technical requirement of furnace refractory belt design for power plant boiler was introduced. The technical reformation of furnace refractory belt of power plant boiler and relevant construction technology were expounded. This technical reformation is suitable for the boilers, in which the input flow of desuperheating water is smaller and the steam temperature adjustment is difficult. After the reformation, the input flow of desuperheating water was increased, the slagging in furnace was mitigated, and the effect of the main steam temperature adjustment became better.
