摘要: 以苏制K-215-130-1型凝汽式汽轮机为例,进行了汽轮机在固定阀位下分别采用定压运行方式和滑压运行方式的热力性能对比试验,确定不同工况下的最佳运行方式。试验结果表明,在135~175MW负荷区域,采用滑压运行方式的经济性优于定压运行方式,能够有效指导机组的经济运行,大幅度降低机组供电煤耗。

Abstract: Taking the Sovietmade K-215-130-1 condensing turbine as example, the thermodynamic performances of steam turbine under fixed valve position in constant pressure operation mode and in sliding pressure operation mode were tested and compared; and the optimal operation modes under different conditions were determined. The test results shows that, under the load range of 135MW to 175MW, the economical efficiency of sliding pressure operation mode is better than that of constant pressure operation mode. The result can be used to direct unit economical operation effectively and reduce the net coal consumption rate of the unit greatly.
