供热式汽轮机组运行中出现的问题及处理措施

摘要: 华电能源牡丹江第二发电厂4台N100-90/535型冷凝式汽轮机改造成供热式汽轮机后,出现了七段抽汽超温、给水泵汽化等问题。通过试验找出了故障原因,调整了机组的运行方式,制订了具体的防范措施,解决了影响机组安全性和经济性的难题。

Abstract: After the four N100-90/535 condensing steam turbines of Huadian Energy Mudanjiang Second Power Plant had been reformed into heat supplying steam turbines, some problems, such as the overtemperature of 7th section steam extraction and evaporation of feed pump, occurred. The faults reasons were found by using the experimental method. The unit operation mode was regulated; concrete preventive measures were formulated. So the difficult problems influencing on unit security and economic efficiency were solved.
