摘要: 以SUMITEN 950-TMCP高强钢焊接接头断裂韧度试验为基础,分别测试了母材、焊缝和热影响区的裂纹尖端张开位移值并将接头各个区域的断裂韧度值进行了比较。依据试验数据,分析了该钢种及焊接接头的抗断裂性能。结合冲击韧性试验以及比例模型岔管的爆破试验数据,探讨了高强钢断裂韧度的合格标准,提出了该类钢材应用于水电站工程时应满足的条件。

Abstract: Based on the fracture toughness test of the SUMITEN 950-TMCP highstrength steel welded joint, the CTOD (Crack Tip Opening Displacement) values of the parent metal, the welded seam and the heataffected zone were measured respectively; and the fracture toughness values of the various zones of the joint were compared. According to the test data, the antifracture performance of the steel and the welded joint was analyzed. Combining with the impact toughness test and the blast test data of the scale model bifurcated pipe, the eligibility criteria of the fracture toughness for highstrength steel was discussed. Some conditions satisfied with the steel used in hydropower project was proposed.
