摘要: 某发电公司2台660MW超临界直流锅炉出现水冷壁高温腐蚀现象,指出了导致水冷壁发生高温腐蚀的因素,对侧墙水冷壁烟气温度及成分进行了测试,分析了导致水冷壁发生高温腐蚀的原因并提出了预防措施。

Abstract: The hightemperature corrosion occurred in the water walls of two 660MW supercritical oncethrough boilers in a power generation company limited. The factors leading to hightemperature corrosion of the water wall were pointed out. The gas temperature and the chemical components of the gas in side wall of water wall were detected. The reasons of the hightemperature corrosion of water wall were analyzed; and the relevant preventive measures were proposed.
