摘要: 反渗透装置入口余氯超标会使膜氧化分解,影响膜的性能和使用寿命。结合实际运行情况,通过分析找出了反渗透装置入口余氯超标的原因并提出了控制措施,确保了锅炉补给水处理系统安全、稳定运行。

Abstract: At the inlet of the reverse osmosis device, due to that the residual chlorine exceeds the standard, the membrane will be oxidized and decompose; and the performance and service life of the membrane will be affected. Combining with practical operation, based on analysis, the reason of the residual chlorine exceeding standard at the inlet of the reverse osmosis device was found; and the control measures were proposed. So the safe and stable operation of the make up water treatment system of the boiler was ensured.
