摘要：

介绍了安徽池州九华发电有限公司循环水泵在运行中出现的振动异常情况，在对循环水泵多次检修的基础上，分析了造成该循环水泵频繁振动的原因。根据分析结论，由长

沙水泵厂有限公司对该循环水泵进行了全面的技术升级改造。彻底消除了循环水泵长期振动运行不稳定的问题，电厂的经济效益明显提高。

关键词: 循环水泵, 振动, 磨损, 外接管, 导轴承, 垂直度

Abstract:

The abnormal vibration occurred in operation of circulating water pump of Anhui Chizhou Jiuhua Power Generation Company Limited was introduced.

Based on the overhaul of the pump multiple times, the reasons of frequent vibration of the circulating water pump were analyzed. According to the analysis

result, the pump had been reformed and upgraded completely and technically by the Changsha Pump Works Company Limited; the vibration of the circulating water

pump in long time was eliminated thoroughly; and the economic benefit of the power plant was improved obviously.
