摘要: 风电项目投资估算是项目投资决策的重要依据,其精确性是投资决策正确与否的关键因素。对影响投资的主要因素进行了分析,建立了基于支持向量机(SVM)的投资估算模型,最终确定了13个重要影响参数。对实际工程数据进行了模拟验证,模拟结果表明,该模型预测精度较高。

Abstract: The investment estimation of a wind farm project is an important basis of the project investment decision. The precision of the investment estimation is the key factor which makes the investment decision to be right or bad. The major factors influencing on the investment were analyzed; an investment estimation model based on support vector machine (SVM) was established; and 13 important affecting parameters were determined finally. The model was simulated and verified by actual engineering data, and the simulation result shows that the forecast precision of the model is higher.
