亚临界热电联产机组吹管关键技术分析

摘要: 以某电厂2×330MW热电联产机组为研究对象,对该机组吹管方式的选择、吹管工艺流程及吹管过程注意事项等关键技术问题进行了研究和分析。实践表明,此次吹管顺利完成并达到了预期效果,避免了吹管过程中受热面超温、再热器干烧等常见问题的出现。

Abstract: The 2×330MW cogeneration unit of a power plant was taken as research object. The key technical problems about the selection of the pipe lowing scheme of the unit, the pipe blowing process flow and the matters needing attention in pipe blowing process were researched and analyzed. The practice shows that this task of pipe blowing had been accomplished successfully,and the expected effect was realized. The common problems in pipe blowing process, such as overtemperature of the heating surface and heating of the reheater without steam, were avoided.
