循环水泵变极后凝汽器胶球清洗装置存在的问题与对策

摘要:

国电黄金埠发电有限公司对循环水泵电动机进行变极改造后,低速循环水泵运行时凝汽器胶球清洗装置的收球率极低(50%以下)。对胶球收球率低的原因进行了分析,通过改

进胶球投运条件,低速循环水泵运行时收球率达到95%以上,可满足凝汽器清洗需要。

Abstract:

In the Guodian Huangjinbu Power Generation Company Limited, after the circulating water pump motor had been reformed by pole changing method, when

the lowspeed circulating water pump operates, the rubber ball recovery rate of the condenser rubber ball cleaning device was very low (below 50%). The

reason of low ball recovery rate was analyzed. At present,by improving the condition for putting the rubber ball cleaning device into operation, the rubber

ball recovery rate achieves above 95% when the lowspeed circulating pump operates, which can satisfy the requirement of the condenser cleaning.
