摘要:

甩负荷试验是汽轮机调节系统的一项动态特性试验,以考核汽轮机调节系统动态特性是否达到机组安全、稳定运行的要求。为提高试验的成功率,试验前对影响试验的关键

操作进行了必要的分析、计算及预备试验,确保甩负荷时的操作准确、及时。对于短时间内的大量操作,根据每个操作员站编制操作指导卡,将操作分解细化,减少每个操作员站

的操作量,提高操作的针对性。

Abstract:

The load rejection test is a dynamic characteristics test for the steam turbine governing system to check whether the dynamic characteristics of the

turbine governing system can satisfy the requirement of unit safe and stable operation. In order to enhance the success rate of the test, before the test,

the necessary analysis, calculation and preliminary test for the key operations influencing on the test result were carried out to insure the operation of

load rejection to be correct and timely. For the large amount of operations in short time, the operation instruction cards were compiled for every operator

station.The operation was resolved into fine steps,the amount of operation of each operator station was reduced, and the pertinence of each operation step

was increased.
