摘要: 大颗粒灰特别是爆米花灰的堵塞,是导致高尘布置的选择性催化还原系统失去脱硝作用的主要原因之一,严重影响了锅炉主机的安全、稳定运行。介绍了发达国家和地区的应对措施及先进技术,列举了几项国内外成功的工程案例,可为预防大颗粒灰堵塞提供借鉴,也为我国脱硝事业的高速、健康发展提供参考。

Abstract: The blockage of SCR system caused by large particles ash, especially by the popcorn ash, is one of main reasons making the SCR system to be failure and influences on safe and stable operation of the boiler seriously. The countermeasures and advanced technologies of developed countries and regions were introduced, and several domestic and oversea successful engineering projects were enumerated, which can be used as reference for preventing the blockage fault by large particles ash and for fast and healthy development of domestic denitration career.
