燃煤锅炉掺配掺烧原则及燃烧调整措施

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 针对目前电煤市场的实际情况，结合锅炉在燃用非设计煤种所表现出来的特点，提出了锅炉掺配掺烧的条件和原则，探讨了锅炉掺烧非设计煤种时减轻锅炉受热面磨损、防止锅炉管壁超温的措施，确保锅炉安全、经济运行。

关键词: 掺配掺烧, 燃烧调整, 受热面磨损, 管壁超温, 安全运行

Abstract: Aiming at the practical situation of present power generatingused coal market, combining with the features of the boiler showed when burning nondesigned coal kinds, the condition and principle of the fuel coal blending for boiler were put forward. The measures to decrease the attrition of the heating surface of the boiler and to prevent overtemperature on the tube wall under condition of nondesigned coal combustion were discussed, which are useful for safe and economical operation of the boiler.
