国产300MW汽轮机侧齿汽封应用分析

摘要: 以某发电厂国产300MW机组汽轮机端部汽封的改造为例,分析了传统汽封存在的不足,介绍了侧齿汽封的特点。将该厂汽轮机端部汽封改为侧齿汽封后,汽轮机端部轴封漏汽量减少0.45~0.85t/h,大大降低了润滑油中的微水含量,提高了汽轮机高中压缸效率,降低了机组汽耗。

Abstract: Taking the reformation of terminal steam seal of the domestic 300MW unit turbine in a power plant as example, the deficiencies of the traditional steam seal were analyzed. The features of the lateral tooth steam seal were introduced. After the terminal steam seal of the steam turbine in the power plant was transformed into lateral tooth steam seal, the steam leakage of the terminal shaft seal of the turbine decreased by 0.45~0.85t/h,the microwater content in lubrication oil decreased significantly, the efficiency of HP and IP cylinder was improved, and the steam consumption of the unit was reduced.
